Privacy and Security Policy

Learning Worlds Inc. is very sensitive to issues regarding Internet security and your privacy.  When you register your copy of FlashNow we take your name and credit card information only for the purpose of processing your order through CyberCash, the leading secure online payment system.   We also ask if you want us to notify you of updates.  

Other than to process your credit card we don’t sell, share, trade, barter, exchange, rent, or in any way give your information to anyone.  Period. 

When CyberCash processes your request they will use the information you provide to both charge your credit card and to detect and prevent fraud.   Under certain circumstances CyberCash may use the data to comply with the requirements of law or the lawful order of a court or other government body.   By the same token we may need to do the same.

All credit card data is transmitted using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection with 128 bit encryption.

To process your transaction it is necessary to place a cookie on your computer.  As soon as the transaction is completed the cookie expires and is removed from your disk.
